1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the Echvio platform ("Service"), operated as a SaaS solution for live chat, customer support, and AI chatbot automation, you agree fully and unconditionally to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, you declare that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity and its employees. If you disagree with any clause, you must cease using the platform.
2 Description and Licensing of SaaS
Echvio is a cloud-based customer support software that enables users to:
- Create and customize real-time chat widgets to embed in corporate websites.
- Add multiple human support agents with robust queue management and individual inbox tabs.
- Provision AI-powered chatbots trained on custom enterprise knowledge bases.
- Configure white-labeled support portals with custom domain routing (SSL certificates included).
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with your chosen subscription tier (Free, Growth, or Enterprise).
3 Credentials, Security & API Usage
To utilize the Service, you must register a secure account providing truthful information. You are solely responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator credentials and agent tokens.
Notice about API Keys: Secret API keys generated in the administrative dashboard provide full read/write access to your widgets and client data. Store them securely. Echvio is not liable for data loss or leaks caused by the mishandling of administrative keys.
4 Limitations of SLA and Uptime
Echvio is built on a cutting-edge edge serverless architecture using Cloudflare's global network (Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects), providing extreme speed and message delivery latency under 50ms.
Despite our rigorous technical standards, the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be 100% free of errors or interruptions, nor are we liable for network outages or third-party cloud infrastructure downtime.
5 Prohibited Conduct and System Abuse
You agree not to utilize the Echvio platform to:
- Host chat services for unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory purposes.
- Deliberately overload or target our APIs with denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
- Conduct phishing operations, or attempt to steal credentials by mimicking banks or public services.
- Distribute viruses, spyware, or malicious scripts via chat file sharing.
Violating these safety rules will result in the immediate termination of your active subscription without refunds, suspension of account access, and reporting to relevant legal authorities.
6 Cancellation and Service Modifications
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time via the Billing Dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal for the upcoming cycle, with no retro-active refunds allowed for the active billing period.
Echvio reserves the right to modify fees, subscription terms, and usage caps at any time, agreeing to notify active users via email or platform alerts at least 30 days prior to applying changes.
